just finished watching He Said She Said on HBO. It is quite an old film by the way, released on 1991.

For me, the storyline are almost the same as the Ugly Trut(2009), you may also read the film summary here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ugly_Truth_%28film%29. - Ugly Truth : both involved in TV show called the Ugly Truth , the lead actress is a TV producer, and the lead actor is a TV host
- He Said She Said : the lead actress are more lenient or easy to influence because she eventually believed the lead actor to be in love with her. Even though she knew that Dan slept with another women while dating her, she simply forgive him
- Ugly Truth : the lead actress (Katherine Heigl) doesn't fall for the lead actor easily, she takes time to fall in love with the lead actor ( Gerard Butler).
- Similarities : both are related with journalism.
