Job Hopper

Dear visitors (if any/applicable..lol),

It's been a very long time since my last update. 2014-present has been a bittersweet ride for me. 2014, is the year that I finished my law school and the year that mark my first career journey.
My working experience started in quite a big entertainment company, but I must say that, I'm just a small fish in a big pond. Working as admin assistant was quite fun and easy, from data entry to photo editor and even 'box cutter'. There's a lot of benefits during my tenure with this company, even when I'm not a confirm staff. and of course, free movie tickets. Haha. My former boss is quite hot tempered, however, his leadership in guiding us in doing works is undeniably amazing, as he always practice the 'teamwork' principle and will never praise or put the blame on one person as he said that, if a person does something bad, it must be due to the ignorance of the others. So,we will always work hand in hand and have each others back. "if one kena, all of you must kena" as he said. Sigh, I've gained such a great experience in working as a team in this place. Why I left this "precious" job? because I did not see me going anywhere or developing myself if I were to stay here for another 1-2 years. The work was too routine (even though I'm enjoy doing it) and there's no place for me to practice what I've learnt for the past 4 years as my parents expected.

So, after several months, I left with heavy hearts because there's so much sweet memories and friendships that I left behind.

After several months, staying at home ( jobless in other word). I received several interview sessions in various fields. the pay was good, but I was rejected because, they said that, this isn't match my academic background and it will be such a waste if you work here ( in other word, u are wasting our time to teach you later on). Later on, I received another job interview as legal executive in state council. The candidates was very well groomed, physically and academically. Experienced lawyers and fresh graduates from well known universities came for the interview. (woah, and I look like one of the makcik catering, wearing one of my black and white baju kurung during my uni days). So, I entered the room and introducing myself. The pegawai told me, that my law degree is not recognised yet isnt it? so what is your plan if you cannot practice as a lawyer, and they discuss among themselves how pity and waste of time for me to take CLP after four years of studying law.(hello makcik, I'm right in front of you, DONT ACT LIKE I'M INVISIBLE". sorry shuhada, another rejection due to my lack of experience and unable to be an advocate & solicitor of MALAYA!

Shadyshud journey continue....after I received another phone calls from a legal firm in PJ (after months of "tanam anggur"). I went for the interview, and the interviewer(lawyer) ask me that why I didnt pursue the CLP and why would I chose something that I cannot practice in the future. So, I bluffed (mahu cari makan derr) I said to her that, I've no intention to be a lawyer at all even the syarie lawyer. I didnt know whether the believe it or nt at that time. she mentioned to me to bring my resume to syarie firm and surely they will accept me openly as my subjects mainly on syariah laws. Hence, another REJECTION (pikirin aku). but after a few days I received a phone call from the same firm, to offer me a position as conveyancing clerk.

Woah, this is new after so many rejections and this was the first time that I deposited my resume to any legal firm.

My first two weeks was a hellish ride but I learnt alot in preparing the documents. However, after that, my life was not only feels like hell but I know that I'm already in Hell. and the leader of the devilish packs is the office manager. God knows how many times that I wish I could bang her head on the table. I think that woman has hormone issues. Yelling and screaming every single minutes even in front of the clients. and I received some infos that there was almost 5 girls quit the job before me after only one week with her. I didnt want this negative stories to influence me, so I said to myself to stay for a lil longer. Yes, I did, but for only four months! haha. I came to the point that I had enough with this shit! because of some racist statements that I've heard.

SO....shadyshud is now jobless AGAIN, but will finish my advanced diploma.

Versus 4

Salam...

it's been a while since my last post on 'versus'. So, today, my latest discovery on two movies that happened to have similarities between them, the said movies are "Got to Believe" and "27 Dresses". Yeah, most of you will automatically knew the second movie (27 Dresses) but only some of us are aware of the existence of the first movie(Got to Believe) maybe because it is an Asian movie. Most of the characters in both movies are quite similar and even the plots of both film I must say are totally the same. Suprisingly, Got To Believe was first released in theater on 2002 whereas 27 Dresses was released on 2008, since both of the films have quite similar plots and characters, did the writer for the 27 Dresses genuinely produced the idea or maybe she had a "little" reference from  Got to Believe. Well, perhaps only Aline Brosh McKenna have the answer to that. Back to business, I've listed down all the similarities and the differences between both films but I must say that they have a lot of similarities rather than differences.

Similarities:
  1. Both of the lead actress in both films are wedding planner a.k.a mak andam gitu
  2. both couples get to know each other through the wedding of their friends
  3. both couples involved in wedding prep events
  4. of course.. in the end both of them will fall in love with each other after some dramas and conflict
Differences:
  1. the lead actor in "Got to Believe" is a wedding photographer, lead actor in "27 Dresses" is a columnist.
  2. the lead actress in "GTB" dont have "any pain in the ass " sister, the lead actress in "27Dresses" has one.
so that's it... any addition would be gladly welcome :-)

What Hurts the Most

"What hurts the most
Is being so close

and having so much to say
And watching you walk away
And never knowing
What could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was trying to do"

what hurts the most is watching you mingle with the persons whom we used to hate and u knew that I still have the same feeling towards them, yet u happily mingle around with them
what's the point of me,standing up for ur rights and defended u against their ill treatment years ago, knowing that u'll end up choosing them instead of me?

What hurts the most is hearing u said that I neglected u and cast u away when I found new friends,
didn't u remember that they are ur friends too?
did u remember that both of us befriended with them and we enjoyed the company of each other? and in the end u decided to walk away since u felt that someone needed u more than i needed u?
I never thought u could utter those words, like I was nothing to u,and u could just left me...
Did u know that I could have thousands of friends, but there's no one like u...yet, u decided on ur  own without saying a word to me.

what hurts the most is I'm having so much fun now and I did feel accepted among those who stayed with me up till now even though perhaps all the people of the world might be against us
yet, u r not among those persons
simply because YOU decided to LEAVE...
and u left me with wounded heart but I'm glad that those persons help me recovers slowly...
but I wish u all the best in ur life and I hope that u didn't get hurt by them in any ways

It's not About the Glamourous or Pathetic Life, It is About the Sadness of One's Heart

We always misunderstood the reasons why some people always post their pathetic status on Facebook or even tweet on Twitter on their emotional feelings. We will always assumed that those people have no life or those people might not even have a single friend in the real world. We even make fun of these kind of people by making troll caricature about them saying that these persons are making the Facebook or the twitter as their own diary etc. We even have a special name for these people = "FOrever Alone"... wow.. what a wise and creative person we were!

But, the reality are, these kind of people that post the "pathetic" status are among the most popular kid or they did have many friends and have good jobs and reputation in the real world. If they did post random quotes or status on their FB or Twitter accounts it doesn't mean that their have no life at all, they did have it and sometimes it is more fun than ours. So, we have to stop making assumptions towards these people. Sometimes they did that just to express their feelings and not to dedicate it at anyone else. of course they did have friends who would share their feelings and secrets, however, sometimes they just need to share something to some"thing" else that will not make personal judgments and does not give the respond that they did not expect it to be.

Truthfully,

Forever Alone

Versus 3

Salam...

woahh...it is time for Versus segment..hahaha..
this time I choose to blog review about the movie Real Steel (2011)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Steel and an old-skool film Over The Top (1987)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Over_the_Top_%28film%29 . Basically, both of the films are about father-son relationship and the cliche is the BIG TOURNAMENT. So, here's the similarities and differences between both films.

Similarities:
  1.  both films are about an estranged father and son which reunited because of the mother/girlfriend passed away.
  2. both of the fathers are involved in some sort of wrestling sport.
  3. the mother/ girlfriend came from well-known/rich family. The father are poorer obviously, or else the boys will choose to stay with their father rather than their mom because it is more fun to watch your father involved in something that is fun for kids (e.g: RS=robotic wrestling ; OTT=fist wrestling)
  4. the boys in both films are cute and handsome...hehehe + the father of course is a very well known actor.
  5. the estranged fathers in both films use trucks as their main transportation + mobile home.
  6. the fathers in both films are a former boxers.
Differences
  1. RS = robots wrestling ; OTT = fist wrestling
  2. RS = the ex girlfriend passed away ; OTT = ex-wife passed away
  3. RS = the battle of custody was between the father and the aunt (gf's annoying sister) ; OTT = the battle of custody was between the father and the grandfather ( wife's father).
